Who we are
Generations Talk is a living future lab at ESMT Berlin that brings together young talents and experienced decision-makers from different sectors and generations. Founded in 2017 by ESMT students as the Digital Future Summit, the initiative has evolved into a global platform that connects leaders of today and tomorrow to exchange ideas and shape forward-looking solutions.
How we do it
We create a collaborative environment for cross-generational dialogue by bringing together over 300 international talents at the ESMT Berlin campus for strategic discussions, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking focused on future-defining topics such as leadership, sustainability, and AI.
Why we do it
We believe the future cannot be shaped by one generation alone. Complex global challenges require collaboration between experience and ambition, strategy and creativity. Generations Talk exists to build bridges between generations so leaders and young talents can develop bold visions for the future and work together toward meaningful impact.
